Wojna Warzyw is a fast-growing startup that helps to do groceries on autopilot (e-commerce subscription model).

About 80% of our operations are in Warsaw, with the other 20% covering pretty much the whole country. In the near future, we plan to grow our services outside of Warsaw and pilot in Berlin.

Join our tight-knit team of 11 bright individuals as a Graphic Designer where you will create lots of static and animated advertisements for our product, work closely with founders and the marketing team.

🥷🏽Curious about your responsibilities? You will be:

• working closely with marketer & copywriter to create new ad creatives: brainstorm, generate ideas, test ad creatives, analyze metrics, bring insights & ideas to the table;
• coming up with hypotheses, prioritizing ruthlessly, and running lots of experiments;
• helping the retention team with graphics for emails and SMM;

• know English at the Intermediate or higher level;
