Join our tight-knit team of 11 bright individuals as a User Acquisition Specialist where you will manage our ad accounts, launch new campaigns and, together with the whole team, look for ways to improve them.
🥷🏽Curious about your responsibilities? You will be:
- managing the full cycle of advertising campaigns: plan, run, optimize in accordance with KPIs (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, ASA);
- monitoring, analyzing and reporting campaign performance;
- coming up with hypotheses, prioritizing ruthlessly and run lots of experiments;
- working closely with designer & copywriter to create new ad creatives: brainstorm, generate ideas, test ad creatives, analyze metrics, bring insights & ideas to the table;
- working with the product team on improving conversion rates;
- identifying new opportunities on the market: partners, optimization techniques, platforms (e.g. TikTok, AdMob, AdRoll, Pinterest Ads, Spotify Ads);
- conducting advertising campaigns in non-auction channels (work with influencers).
😍 You are our ideal candidate if you:
- have a genuine interest in advertising and analytics;
- have experience in buying traffic with Facebook/Google Ads for web/mobile for at least 1 year;
- ready to constantly generate fresh ideas for advertising creatives;
- know English at the Intermediate or higher level;
- have a sharp eye and creative problem solver;
